camp memories

I had a good two weeks. Got to spend a lot of quality time with kids from our youth group and some cool kids from some other places. As always, camp was a good experience. I think the best of Lu-Jo is the evening flag pole. It looks weird and maybe sounds weird, but all the staff and campers stand around a big lightening rod and sing praises to God. Regardless of how it looks, this is definately the best part of my two weeks.

Some other memorable camp moments for 2007:

1. the paint war

2. Heb. 3:13 night

3. Flag pole devotionals

4. “special time”

5. second week staff meetings

6. the theme song to MASH.

7. Kapers

8. Morning coffee

9. Quiet time

10. getting to share Christ’s love with students
